This coming February 6, get ready for a unique evening where creativity will be the protagonist. In an experience that fuses visual art and haute cuisine, renowned photographer Jesús Chacón and Michelin-starred chef Diego del Río share the secrets behind their creative processes.

Welcome with a glass of champagne.

Selection of appetizers at the table:
8.30 pm – 9.45 pm
Pickled oysters.
Prawn croquettes with its tartar.
Mini mollete of Iberian prey steak tartar.

Jesús Chacón and Diego del Río will reveal how they turn concepts, emotions and visions into unique works.

Exclusive tasting menu designed by Diego del Río:

Corn soup, Malaga white shrimp, avocado and pickles.
Velouté of foie gras, PX, boletus and hazelnuts.
Sea bass with Iberian gazpachuelo.
