Born in the historic hills of Ronda, Executive Chef Diego del Rio leads our kitchen with a passion for Andalusian roots. After perfecting his craft at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and holding a Michelin star for eight years in Marbella, he joined Boho Club to redefine the gourmet experience.
His philosophy focuses on purity and product. Diego sources the finest local ingredients to create a menu that balances traditional flavors with cosmopolitan techniques. Under his vision, dining becomes a sensory journey through the textures and aromas of the South.Â
