A Memoir CAP. 3
The third chapter of A Memoir consolidates the gastronomic days, created by way of a biography of chef Diego del Río, as a meeting point of Marbella’s social life.
On this occasion, under the title “Admiration”, an eight-course tasting menu was designed, combining the millenary art of almadraba tuna with a more casual and creative cuisine with international touches and the goodness of the local land. Julio Vázquez, from the well-known restaurant El Campero, Mauro Barreiro from the restaurant La curiosidad de Mauro Barreiro and Pedro Aguilera, from the Sierra de Cádiz, chef revelation 2022 in Madrid Fusion joined together with the executive chef of the restaurant Boho Club to offer all diners and guests a unique evening in tribute to the province of Cádiz and its cuisine.
The next A Memoir event will be on April 17. On this occasion the protagonist will be fellow chefs who have achieved the dream of obtaining a Michelin star.
When your dream is to dedicate yourself to cooking, there is no greater recognition for effort and a job well done than to obtain a Michelin star. In the fourth chapter of A Memoir, Boho Club will be the setting for a unique evening where Diego del Río joins the laureates Daniel López, from Kokotxa Restaurant and Álvaro Garrido from Mina Restaurant to create a very special menu in tribute to those “Dreams Achieved”.
