Venetian
Carnival
Last night we moved all our guests to Italy to live an unforgettable evening of Carnival in the purest Venetian style.
A masked stilt was welcoming us at the entrance of the restaurant and we could already sense that it was going to be a very special night. Boho Club Marbella was transformed into St. Mark’s Square, with our waiters identified as gondoliers and a cast of entertainment that enlivened a totally different Saturday night.
All the guests were surprised by the performance of a masked cellist to the rhythm of the music that attracted glances, photos and videos to share.
If anything characterizes the nights at Boho Club is its cuisine, and on this occasion our executive chef had prepared a special Carnival menu with guava Caipirinha oyster, semi-dried tomato with Payoyo cheese cream, anchovy and nuts, sea bass tiradito with apple and fennel aguachile, green beans rice, squid tartare and deep fried baby squids, beef rib, teriyaki and topinambur and a chocolate, mango and cream dessert.
An unforgettable night of daydreaming.
