Boho Club presented last Monday, January 30th the first of the new gastronomic experiences under the concept of A Memoir.

A total of five events where Diego del Río, executive chef, will recreate his professional career in the world of cooking over five chapters and with different tasting menus, prepared together with the chef colleagues who have marked his career.

With a great success of public and acceptance, Diego del Río joined last night his talent to Juanjo Carmona, from Cávala Restaurant (Málaga); and Celia Jiménez, from the restaurant with the same name (Córdoba). To whet your appetite, at the first A Memoir event, entitled “The Origin”, the three chefs prepared an unprecedented menu together. Creativity and technique are the main pillars of the cuisine of these three chefs, who joined forces for the first time to create a menu in which they interpreted the representative dishes of each of them at the El Lago restaurant, an emblematic establishment in Marbella, which holds the oldest Michelin Star in the province of Malaga.

Well-known faces of Marbella society, friends and regular customers enjoyed a very special evening at Boho Club, where, once again, gastronomy and good atmosphere were the perfect combination in one of the trendiest restaurants in the city.
